Below are the Training Times and locations of our weekly classes.
We have Junior to Adult Karate classes, Competition Karate classes, Adult Fitness and Tai Chi. In addition we offer private lessons on request. All of our classes are located in Bangor and Newtownards, however we are happy to run in other venues.
Beginners are welcome to come along and try an introductory class for FREE. We take pride in helping students with health, confidence, fitness, martial skills and more.


Bangor Methodist Church Hall, Rathmore Road 

 

Monday night karate

Beginners to Yellow belts: 6.30pm-7.15pm
Orange to Blue belts:  7.15pm-8.00pm
Age 13+: 8.00pm -9.30pm


Queen’s Leisure Centre, Holywood

Tuesday night karate

All ages and grades from beginners to adults: 6.30pm – 7.30pm

 


Regent Street Methodist Church, via Mill St, Newtownards

Wednesday night karate

Beginners to Yellow belts: 6.00pm-6.45pm
Orange to Blue belts: 6.45pm-7.45pm
Age 13+: 7.45pm -9.00pm

Fighting class for all students: 6.00pm-7.00pm

 


 
S.P.A.R (Speed, plyometric, agility & recovery)

No Martial Arts experience required.

Speed, strength, plyometric strength, core and Shaolin stretching. Great for over thirties!

Tai Chi

Tai Chi Class

Easy to learn Tai Chi, combined with loosening and Qi Gong. A relaxing way to start your morning or help you relax for the evening. Classes improve balance, increase circulation and breathing,  lower blood pressure and loosen the body.

Monday morning in Hamilton Hub, Hamilton Road, Bangor,  BT20 4LH from 10.30 – 11.30am.

Monthly training rate is £30.00paid at the beginning of each month. Drop-in price for a single class is £10.00.

Tuesday morning in Ards Yoga & Wellness Centre, 14 Conway Square, Newtownards BT23 4DD from 10 – 11.00am

Tuesday afternoon in Hamilton Hub, Hamilton Road, Bangor,  BT20 4LH from 12.30pm – 1.30pm

Tuesday evenings in Bangor Methodist Church, Rathmore Road, Bangor (in conjunction with Tai Chi Northern Ireland)
Training Time: 7.00 – 8.00pm
